My name is Michael Shue and I was born in South Carolina in 1972. My father was one of the early pioneers in reclaimed barn lumber, which he used to make many beautiful pieces of furniture in a rustic country style. From an early age, I learned many important aspects of working with wood under my father's guidance. After graduation from Clemson University and serving as a Russian linguist in the United States Navy, I moved to Washington DC where I continued my career in Accounting and once again took up my love of wood. I am currently the Chief Financial Officer of the US-ASEAN Business Council and reside in WV with my wife and rescued Pups.
