Mexican Cocobolo
Honduras Cocobolo
One of the most common types of Dalbergia, Cocobolo ranges in colors from dark brown, purplish brown, to lighter browns and oranges. The color variation can sometime be attributed to the region in which they grow, but this is not a firm rule as the color can vary greatly from one log to the next from the same local. Burling on Cocobolo is exceptionally rare.
